| WASTE NOT, WANT NOT |
| Following the successful Electra Mining exhibition held at Nasrec during the last quarter of 2010, POWERSTAR donated more than R30 000 worth of wood to the Ebenezer Hannah Home, situated near Ennerdale, south of Gauteng. |
| The wood was used as part of the exhibition material and in true African spirit, the company agreed to donate it to Pastor Thomas and Mama Shirley, who run their community centre, caring for 66 children and almost 80 senior citizens. They are affiliated to the Mama Afrika project, run by Clover SA.
Ukwakha Isizwe (building and nurturing our nation), which was established during the early turn of the century and now successfully engages more than 25 other centres nationally. |
