What do we require from you and why?
Due to legislative requirements (FAIS Act, FICA and NCA) it is important that the Business Manager focuses on keeping the supplier FAIS compliant, FICA and NCA safe.
The following information is required in order to process your application to the financial institutions. Please note that depending on your situation / business type not all information may be applicable.
FINANCIAL STATEMENTS:
Last available (audited) financial statements: for applicant and surety companies in the group.
Last available management statements for the interim period up to as recent as possible.
Debtors and Creditors list for as recent as possible.
Cash flow projection indicating the effect of the assets applied for.
The last 3 months' Bank statements.
Plant list: ALL vehicles and plant both fully paid and encumbered indicating outstanding amounts with different banks.
Copy of existing HP or Lease agreements/statements.
COMPANY DOCUMENTATION:
Company registration documents (CM1, CM29, CM42 etc.)  / CK docs.
Cancelled cheque.
Blank company letter head.
CONTRACTS:
Copies of any written contracts or letters of intent from work providers.
Spreadsheet / summary indicating the following:
- Structure
- Term
- Billing cycles
- Renewal date
COMPANY STRUCTURE:
Shareholders details.
Directors / Shareholders / Members ID's.
Personal Assets and Liabilities for each shareholder / member.
Organogram of the business (Family Tree) if an applicant forms part of a group.
