| Johannesburg International Motor Show 2011 |

The 2011 show hosted at the Johannesburg Expo Centre at Nasrec during October this year, attracted a considerable amount of
visitors and car enthusiasts. The commercial vehicles enjoyed an equal amount of interest and overall, it was rewarding in terms of quality sales leads. In
particular, we have succeeded in changing the brand perception of POWERSTAR to be as competitive and on par with international top performers. |
Exhibition standards were high and the POWERSTAR stand presentation was most inviting.
The new VX introduction with its ergonomically enhanced design changes was well received and spiked our sales in the off-road segment. |

Another star attraction, was the presentation of our V3 long haul truck with its exquisitely sculptured design lines. Based on intensive R&D, our end product
follows European trends and offers maximized driver comfort and visibility. The official market launch is expected to be early 2012.
Our WEICHAI supplier, one of the largest power train supplier of high speed and power diesel engines in the world, displayed their new W12 Landking series.
Currently, they have more than 2 million engines in operation world-wide and employs more than 800 advanced R&D engineers.
Overall, we have sold more than 25 units. The show provided us with an ideal platform to showcase the progressiveness of POWERSTAR's international footprint and our
strong OEM support.
