| As a foreign owned company, we are required to comply with the Codes of Good Practice issued in terms of the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act No 53 of 2003. POWERSTAR is in the process of establishing an action plan going forward with Empowerdex. We have already submitted our yearly training development and reports to the manufacturing SETA. |
